Located just minutes from Cabot Circus and other central attractions, the hotel offered convenience for our sightseeing plans. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly concierge who directed us to reception on the second floor. The check-in process was seamless, and the receptionist was thoughtful in arranging an early taxi for our departure and even provided us with takeaway breakfast options. Our king suite was clean and spacious, equipped with blackout curtains that ensured restful nights. The dining experience exceeded our expectations; despite it being a quiet Thursday night, the attentive staff offered exceptional service, making meal times enjoyable for our family. As we checked out at dawn, the delightful surprise of freshly made sandwiches and pastries was a thoughtful touch that left us with a positive impression. I would consider returning to this hotel for another family adventure in Bristol.
